How do I book your photography/videography services?
To book our services, simply fill out the booking form on our website. We'll get in touch with you to discuss the details and confirm your session.
What is the booking process and is a deposit required?
After completing the booking form, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can request to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. Please provide a minimum of 2 days' notice.
What happens in case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances?
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule the session at no extra cost. We'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
How long does it take to receive the edited images/videos?
The final edited images/videos will be delivered within 1 week of the session date. The specific delivery time will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Can I use the images/videos for commercial purposes?
Commercial use of images/videos requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What rights do I have to the images/videos?
Gifted Kontent owns the rights to all images unless otherwise is outlined stated in agreement.
What should I wear for the session?
Your wardrobe/attire to be confirmed during consultation.
How many people can participate in the session?
The number of participants is subject to the location we are shooting in. This will be confirmed during your consultation.
How does payment work?
A 20% deposit is due before booking is confirmed. The remaining 80% is due after your shoot. Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, cash or check are accepted. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels. Deposit will still be honored if date needs to be changed, subject to availability.
